“I have no personal experience with Dan Lynch, but I did buy a house he built. My agent said she had a difficult time with him in the past, but I saw none of that. The House - I had some issues with the build, and they were fixed. Some fixes were better than I expected. The house has great features and pretty good build quality. I have minor issues....they used flat matte paint. It's impossible to touch up... but it looks nice 🙃. I asked if there were survey stakes, and if not, can they stake it. Well, it was not done, but it's not a deal breaker. I am happy with the house and Mr. Lynch did do things to sweeten the deal...that frankly I did not expect.”
